What is a compressed sofa?
A compressed sofa is packed in a compact format for transport. Once unpacked, it needs time to regain its intended shape before use. How it is packed and how it recovers depend on the model, so always follow the instructions supplied with your sofa.
Are all YUMI sofas compressed?
No. Compressed sofas are a central part of our collection, but not every model is compressed. Each product page states how that particular sofa is packed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 7–14 business days to Europe and 10–20 business days to the rest of the world. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the sofa's dimensions on its product page and compare them with the space in your room. Remember to measure the way in too: doors, hallways, stairs and lifts.
Is there a warranty?
